christian.leon.johnson Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 (edited) Does anyone know what raising Processor Core IccMax actually does? Is it like raising Core Voltage which I have to do in increments or is it more like Turbo Boost Power Max and I can just max it out without having to worry too much about it damaging my CPU? Also, what's the 411 on System Agent IccMax? Edited September 11, 2017 by christian.leon.johnson Quote
Administrators websmile Posted September 11, 2017 Administrators Posted September 11, 2017 ICC max is the power limit iirc, this is raised to prevent that the cpu throttles because of maximum amp setting being hit. Quote
christian.leon.johnson Posted September 13, 2017 Author Posted September 13, 2017 I raised it all the way to 255.75 and I still get current limit throttling... does anyone know why is that? Quote
