I'm a noob at this overclocking thing, but using setfsb and the pll id cv184-2apag i got my Q6600 up to 2828.1mhz on Windows 7. My Dell Optiplex 755 sff, stock mobo with a GeForce Gt610 and 8gb of ddr2 ram.
