Based on the fact that a locked cpu at 4 ghz is scoring like an 8700k at 5.2 ghz I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that this score may be glitched or he knows something about efficiency that nobody else does.

i have the same cpu and i have fully unlocked bios, and i have been tweaking this cpu for a long time the maximum what you get is 1979... and keep in mind that not every user can reach this, and what made me think that there is something wrong is that he applied only 2 submission and he disappeared
