Just wondering how these are approved. One submission in the top 5 9800GX2 that seems legit is by Mayk.

His QX9650 @ 4950mhz socres 20062 cpu points - That seems legit.

On the other hand, some others in the top five are lesser chips, clocked way lower and are scoring as much as 40000 cpu points.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I can't see how these are not using physx:

http://www.hwbot.org/result.do?resultId=777557 - Q6600 @ 4104mhz = 39,186 cpu points? Gold medal?

http://www.hwbot.org/result.do?resultId=777295 - Q6700 @ 3099mhz = 32,598 cpu points?

Not trying to be a bitch or a rat, but it's a waste of time for me to submit legit scores until this is sorted. I was guilty of this by mistake at first and mine was deleted. It's just not clear that you need to shut physx off, so I think it will continue to be a mess unless you stop allowing screen shots as proof.

Yeah, they had PPU enabled, so their Physx gpus are boosting their CPU scores.

I ran vantage a few times with my new 9800gx2s before figuring this out.

They should probably be invalid, PPU should be disabled to make valid scores.

I had done the same thing but I went back and rebenched them with it disabled. The orb results say if you've used it or not so that could be a better check than screen shots.

These results need to be moderated a little better. I just got my GX2 and noticed tons of 100+ in the PhysX test. There's probably hundreds of people who've done it so far. :S Not talking about previous results, I"m talking about the ones that have been recently submittted. Maybe make a news topic about it to get the point across to the users. :)

My bad, I never noticed the bell icon. I am still hwbot noob. :)

Will do that in the future.
