Binary_Nexus Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 (edited) Hi, I have a Xeon Phi 3120A in my PC and I have installed the latest OpenCL runtime for Xeon Phi. GPUPI-CLI.exe -l shows the Phi under "OpenCL Accelerator" but trying to use it gives an error saying that there's no device found, and GPUPI.exe doesn't recognise the Phi at all. I'd appreciate some help with trying to troubleshoot this issue. Thanks. Edit: attached is a screenshot of the command line GPUPI-CLI, GPUPI.exe GUI and another command line showing that the Phi is online. Edited September 18, 2021 by Binary_Nexus Added attachment Quote

Crew Leeghoofd Posted September 18, 2021 Crew Posted September 18, 2021 the solution is to run 3.1.1... 3.2 doesn't support them 1 Quote

It doesn't even state that on the main page, it just says that it's one of the new pieces of hardware that's supported, and searching for 3.11 doesn't come up with anything at all. Quote
