manishkob Posted October 16, 2021 Posted October 16, 2021 I would love to overclock the new i9 10900k since it's basically meant for it, but really don't know the way to go about it... is overclocking as simple as watching a few youtube tutorials or is it much more complex with intricate tweaks? if I don't know what I'm doing, should I just avoid overclocking completely? Thanks all. Quote
Crew Leeghoofd Posted October 16, 2021 Crew Posted October 16, 2021 Standard OC for daily is pretty easy... easiest to use is XTU, up the multiplier one notch and test, monitoring temps and throttling...The best test is daily stability. OC is always about clock frequency versus voltage versus temperature. 1 Quote
