I've done some little research about vdroop with LLC Enabled and Disabled.

Did this last week but forgot to post here.

i5 2500k @ 4GHz

Gigabyte P67A UD4-B3 @ F3b

Idle means... idle? :D

Load means running wPrime 1024M.

I've tested all chokes and all caps near CPU socket. There are few chokes that "give" 0.01v more but the results are from other ones. The difference between cap and choke is small but i guess choke vs. MLCC difference should be larger (but have no time to test that).

Enjoy:

Find myself on GIGABYTE Tech Daily. Thank you Tim.

There's more to come but if you have some suggestions what to test feel free to say. I'll see what can I do.

No problem guys.

It is accurate but the same CPU on this board needs more vcore for being stable (comparing with m4e). I could run 5ghz @ 1.4v on M4E but on UD4 I can't even enter the windows with those settings. I need 1.45v for being stable on 5GHz.

I have heard its bad to have LLC enabled as it will limit your cpu life, i'm a noob with my intel system so could someone clarify if i should be using it with my 2500k at 4.4ghz please ?
