9900k 5.2 1.31v

Water cooling EKWB on memory and proccesor

Seasonic 1300w platinum

2x8 gskill ripjaws 4000cl15 work 3600cl13 1.65v/4000cl15 at 1.7 but I need 10900k and I can't decide whether to take apex 12 or apex 13 for memory overclocking. I am also looking for wanna try 2x16 memory that we can set records maybe 4000cl14 1.55 kit try?

Also did not try the 13th generation and ddr 5 memory. for me, the speed of the sensor separation, the middle and the end is important, as I understand it, on the 13th generation of the delay l1 l2 l3 is higher than that of 9-10.
