I have an Arctic LF2 360. Pump at 80%, fans controlled through fancontrol, but while running benchmarks I just set them to 100% if I remember. The CPU does seem to be good, 2200 fclk with no errors in any test and no performance anomalies in games either. I could get 6400 like 99% stable but since this is my daily system I want it fully stable, I'm pretty sure the mem controller can do 6400 in 1:1 no problem on a better kit.
