here THL has done 5GHz+

OK

here raja has the same result

http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=505027

can anybody see the difference???

raja was using standart and lowest QPI multi avaiable =18X

and THL?

he has 12X????

how was that possible

not even DFI club support can explain that

http://csd.dficlub.org/forum/showthread.php?t=9755

raja has 238bclkX21@4.1GHz+ QPI its normal

THL has 238X21@2.8GHz+ QPi its anomaly or just bugged

THL:

238.63 bclk

QPI 2863.6

lets calculate

2863.6/238.63=12X multi

raja has lowest possible

238.48 bclk

QPi 4292.6

4292.6/238.43=18X multi

if somebody ever clocked I7s knows that QPI limits at 4GHz

and 222 bclk is highest standart possible

and QPI hast 18,22,24 multis

18=4.8gt/sec 2400MHz stock 133X18

22=5.X gt/sec

24=6.4GT/sec 3200MHz stock 133X24

no its not bugged, there is an option in bios where u can choose "QPI Link Fast Mode: Enabled/Disable"

if you disable this option you got the half of QPI speed. ;)
