It´s not about the performance, it´s about the principle.

Look at the 6200TC. There are many Versions and all have their diffrent categorys. Why no category for the 1GB Version? Only because it´s a low end card?

OK, I am begging you to please insert the 1GB Version of the 9400GT.

You can always ask a different mod, some mods add all new cards without asking, jmke does not;)

the principle is:

keep things together based on generation, model, than interface, and last: memory IF it makes a difference,

Geforce 6600 GT PCIe 256Mb OK

Geforce 6600 GT PCIe 512Mb NOK

Geforce 6600 GT AGP 256Mb OK

Geforce 6600 GT AGP 512Mb NOK

Geforce 8800 GT PCIe 256Mb OK

Geforce 8800 GT PCIe 512Mb OK

are you going to tell us about HWbot principle? the only reason you want a separate category is to get HWboints; no other reason, it's not about principle.

they all know and follow the same principle

Hwbot separated 9800gtx and gtx+ - the difference between those two is negligible. Which is why I'm thinking some mods treat these principles differently... someone must've added that gtx+, and I bet it wasn't you who did it;)

of course!

we also seperated Geforce Ti4200 <> Ti4400 <> Ti4600 etc etc

when there is a different MODEL which has different GPU speed specs; it deserves another category of course!

what? no!

have you been reading this thread?

...so if the 9400gt 1gb card would be named 9400gt+ and had 10mhz higher core frequency then you would add it to the database..?
