Hello all, this is my first post. Today I overclocked my CPU to 3.72Ghz and I wanted to run all the 3D benchamrks. In 3D Mark 01 my card usually had a utilization of 25-30% and 250-300 fps. Today the card was @ 99% and i had the same or lower FPS. I opened CCC and saw some quality options, turned them all to performance but nothing. Uninstalled CCC, nothing. What's wrong? This also applies in games, e.g in COD4 i used to have 60 fps with 50% utl. and now i have 90-99%!!!

What should i do?

I tried a reinstallation of the drivers with Driver sweeper...
