Profile Hardware Points Not Correct

My profile shows 35.90 total.

 

Adding them up based off my spread sheet and submissions shows 44.40

 

Is there a update lag? I seen that I scored 1.5 yet my hardware points only went up .3

    Might I have a bit more details on the above? What are my overclock results pertaining too then?

     

    I am thinking this doesn't matter until my first subzero submission?
