MrCape Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 Hi I'm sure there's a thread about this, but I can't find it. Question - Are multi person profiles like BigStan-XL_Joe-HotZebra-GoLLuMOc in the same pool as single user profiles or are those in a different category? Quote
Massman Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 There's no point; it creates more issues than there should be. So, in practice it would common to have either a multi-person account or a personal one. Not the combination. Quote
Massman Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 No. It's a rule on hwbot that you're not allowed to submit scores that you've not obtained yourself. Quote
Massman Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 I agree, just wanted to make sure whoever reads this thread knows that it's not allowed to make accounts and claim records with other people's scores Quote
MrCape Posted December 4, 2009 Author Posted December 4, 2009 So if I'm understanding this correctly there could be one profile that dominates all others like - Kingpin_Andre_Pro_hipro Is that correct? Quote
MrCape Posted December 4, 2009 Author Posted December 4, 2009 Is there a limit to the number? Could I call like 20 friends and ask them to get points, and merge all scores into one profile? Sorry to ask so many questions but it seems a weird thing to allow. Quote
Massman Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 Tha gain you get from it is not as spectacular as you may think. Especially your team points will go down drastically as you switch from 4 users that get global points to 1 user. Quote
