WOW... Running just ONE I-Ram with 4gig ram at AHCI. That controller is a killer...

Or was it ran with the 5 or 6 I-rams in raid-0 according to your picture.

No matter how you look at it, its still one Helluva score, Very Very Nice

    Only 1 i-Ram using Intel RST ACHI Mode, no software caching , the controller is Intel C600 only which interagated in X79 Chipset.
