I saw that CPU-Z v1.60 or 1.60.1 sometimes fails to show the CPU and FSB Frequency with an AMD K6.

Later i put a picture...

then try an older version.

those cpus should be fully supported since version 1.00.

try versions around 1.50.

i know, it fluctuates. try using other cpu-z version. maybe one works better.
