just air for now. Thermalright Venomous X w/ delta 155cfm fan. Ambient temps are not impressive to say the least.... mid 80's as I live in southern california. I can squeeze another 4 seconds out of 5.0ghz, but its not worth the time for this competition... I have a full dewar waiting to be used for a higher frequency run.

    I am pretty much using the same setup right now, Venomous X with ThermalTake 2400RPM, running in it's 80s as well. good luck and best wishes for your higher frequency runs :)
