how to un ban a member from hwbot

long time ago i banned a memeber, he is goint to rejoin, how i can do that?

Banned from your team, I assume?

 

When you search for the member, you should see an option to 'unban from team' or so (can't remember the exact phrasing).

yea i tried that but it does not show any options for that
