May 26, 201312 yr Author cpuhttp://hwbot.org/hardware/processor/pentium_2020m/ gpu http://hwbot.org/hardware/videocard/radeon_hd_7650m/ thx for adding te cpu.do its a 7650m not a 7550m.
May 27, 201312 yr Thumb rule here would be that 7550M = 1GB and 7650M = 2GB. Btw, looked on TPU database and they all have GDDR3, not sure why his screen shows DDR3 instead Probably the HyperMemory version, in which case it is a 7650M. .
May 27, 201312 yr 7650m and 7550m seem to have the same device id..... but they have some differences (info about last 7550M - http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-HD-7550M.70625.0.html).. cause 7550M has another number of shaders (400 instead of 480), bus width (64 bit instead of 128 bit), memory type and clocks..
May 27, 201312 yr Author On the box of the sony vaio its a amd radeon HD 7650M whit 1gb.i don't know if it is a hyper version or not
