    We are back. Today, tomorrow and sunday, Brice28 and me will enjoy some LN2 with a lot of hardware.

     

    Because we don't want to have any problems, even if we won't use the same hardware because i'm more CPU, he's more 3D, here is a listing of our hardware, pics will follow tomorrow.

    We can make it on Spi, but there is 3DM01 LCC challenge and of course we can make it with other benchmarks ;) But hte idea is here, the goal is not to make a high score but a real optimized score.

    This will give a chance to people wo don't have a lot of money to have some fun (and cups :P)

    Hi there

     

    I just want to give you my idea.

    I don't know how to prevent from cheaters, but it could be a great thing if there is a competition on LCC.

    For example, on XS, a lot of guys try Spi32M low clock challenge.

    I thought awarding this by cups (no hwboints) could be a good thing.

    For sure, one of my 285, and a Rampage Extreme, and probably the 2 E8600 and my 790i...

    I perfectly understand for my 285 because of the voltage i set, but no reasons for the 2 mainboard and CPUs. Seems the RE died, kills the first CPU, then the CPU killed the 790i and it killed the 2nd CPU :D:D:D Damned !

     

    Anyway, we are happy because everything goes right, and we make all we need to do on X58, exept wPrime on Casimir's CPU, but there is 10L of LN2 left, so i think he will do it soon !

    Here we go.

     

    Jmax_oc used Traxman's 965 for benching his own 295 with LN2.

    Casimir and me used Casimir's 965 for benching our 295 (his one was better than mine :( ) and my 285s.

    We also made a good 32M with his CPU.

     

    Jmax & me had already submit our results, Casimir will do it tomorrow i guess. So happy, real good bench party (even if a lot of hardware is dead and i'm so tired !)

    Make your own thread, because would like to go on this with you, but everything sais here is really interesting !

     

    So, if we pick best mainbaord, best ram and best cpu, each one can use it with its own hardware ? As i have said, only difference will be vga clocks as allowed by the rules.

     

     

    Just an example. On 4 different 295 (2 Zotac and 2 Gainward), here is the clocks some french guys got :

    740/1200

    740/1215

    721/1215

    720/1150

     

    Considering that, you can see that they are all about the same frequencies.

    And Top3, top20, top40 or unranked shouldn't be different. There is really suspicious results on top5, but no one never blocked them only because it was submitted second several weeks after first...So we can say that system failed because the suspicion only depends on the date of submission....:(:(

    I was not expecting mods to congrats us, i was just waiting for them to say what Neoforce said "We have seen it, waiting for the results".

     

    Concerning sharing, if my 295 reach 750Mhz, and the others reach the same frequency (because they are all about the same frequency), how can i proove that it was all different VGAs ? Just let me know and job will be well done.

    Because i'm sure we will have 3 setups really similars, so results will be similars too and i would like to ensure that our scores won't be blocked.
