I figured it out
You are running 999MHz in reality. I just tried the same driver and the 999MHz cap is still there. Your score is a little bit higher than Amateurs because you have better GDDR MHz. 
tomorrow test with previus driver....in effect inspector to the voice gpu current clock show 1000...mmm and now j understand my worst result on 03

nothing special, I modified bios to get 1,21v on gpu, then j use nvidia inspector for clock the card

if you guys want unlocked msi afterburner and doing subzero on the msi gpus. please pm massman. he's the msi contact in hwbot. i think that makes sense. i'm just guessing.

I write here because the problem in other topics are different ...
I know that in sapphire you can change the bios to have a maximum voltage of 1.4 v, but I do not know the procedure since they are the first with amd / ati, if you search there are plenty of guides on how to do, as long as you can with your vga ...

just another good reason to NOT buy the crappy cards MSI is selling and not joining the MOA...
what is really funny is that the MOA rules state that unreleased and ES stuff can't be used but at the same time say nothing about unreleased software (like this afterburner extreme)...
I do not put online for everyone, afterburner unlocked, for the simple reason that everyone, including air or liquid, they would use it and not having limitations there would be rma, no end ...
I need to participate, in fact, the qualifications to moa .... otherwise it is useless to put a 7970 lightning under ln2 with only 1.35 v ...
hi everyone,i have a XFX 7950 Double Dissipation wuth arctic cooling extreme 7970, and i enable unofficial overclock in the cfg of aterburner...however, the limit of vgpu is always just 1.3v
how can I make more than this limit?
