Go on overclock.net on the dedicated Rex thread. You will find many templates with settings over 600 fsb and safe voltages.
I didn't had any Rex which did lower than 630 on air from 6 pieces.

Dvi-d works untill 165 hz easily.
I think you need Dp for 180 hz .

I think it cancel's the other tweaks ,which gives you similar boost. I am in vacation now and cannot try,will do this next month after 10th to see if there is a improvement.
suzuki`s 3DMark03 score: 274070 marks with a GeForce GTX 980 Ti
The above score it is done at 60 Hz.

165 hz is any better ?
Almost impossible 30.000 with this tweak,means i can run with 980 ti on waterover 300k easily.

Depends on the air cooler,ussually most of them at -8 are dead meat. Megahalems can go to -12.
Coolant you find for car radiators -19 degrees rated,add some alcohol in the mix and the rating goes lower.
Or you can just prepare your own with 99.9% alcohol from comerce.
