For Sale: Intel Core i7-4790K, 4x 4.00GHz, tray - L331C516 -SOLD- CPU is already delidded, treated with Liquid Metal and resealed the IHS (not my work). Pre-owner Prime95 results: 4500MHz @1.102v 4700MHz @1.191v 4800MHz @1.255v I have tested IMC with PSC (2600C8) and Samsung (2800C9) both with tight Timings are no problem for the IMC. For 5000/4800/2800CL9 CPU needs 1.380v for a Pi32m Run. And 4900/4800 with only 1.20v. I don't know, what the reason is for that high voltage bump.. CPU got a low VID (1.008v), likes it cold!! Can't handle this CPU with my AiO. System Agent for that Setting only +10mV, VTT +0.001/+0.001. Don't use Prime 28.5. I think it is FMA3 what pushes the Temps. Version 27.9 is good enough. i've never used 28.5. Without AVX is Version 26.6 B3 i guess. Good for core2, but not enough for i-core.

I'm glad to hear that. From 4500-4900MHz the CPU scales with ~50mV/100MHz @Prime95 27.9 Delidded by Wernersen (HWLuxx Forum).

i have not delidded the CPU by myself, but i have chosen the right man for that precise work. Let me know how that chip work.

This is German High Quality Work. :nana: Chip looks like Original, but it is perfectly delidded and resealed. i would risk a RMA when something is wrong with that chip..
