Have you tried appending ?recalculate=true to the end of the link for your subs and loading the page?
Nvm, you're points are disabled not just not calculating
Yep, I have points disable. I manually edited a lot of subs to re-enable points, but I'm sure a missed some of them. I have more 1k subs uploaded...

I have tried editing submissions to re-enable all the points, but I have tons, soo I maybe skipped some of them, and some from old competitions I can't edit. Is there a possibility to re-enable all the points without editing ad save one by one all my submissions? Thanks

GPUI 3,3 seems to give only team points. I have no idea why, and I wonder why it is allowed anyway bc it is same benchmark like normal GPUPI, only programmed better and faster xD. Maybe yu ask at support about this, if it is another result you can post it for recalculation or fix there as well
Tried support. It get me this error: "The page you are trying to access is not available for your account."
What am I doing wrong?

The button is temporaly disabled for all the members, not only you. This was done on purpose because there was a major update to the point assigned in every rank (Rev 7.0 or 7.1).
22 hours ago, websmile said:Why do you want to recalculate? If you want road to pro points set division to Pro oc btw, or points will not count to your ranking because it is the only result you have and now is set to division I
I found a submissions where there are no points for the member, but only for the team (and I can't force recalculation from the one from old competitions). Is there a way to force re-enable points from all my submissions? Thanks

Can I upload HWBOT Prime benchmark manually? Because it gives me an error. Thanks

I see some 3d results with points disabled, you should edit this to get points most likely, apart from this I see no results that should be awarded globals
I tried to make new submissions, and they get global points, but with the olds ones (still with better score) I can't force recalculation. Even if they get hardware points they disappear after some time.

Ive added 7KT400A and I hope that this is the actual board you mean.
http://hwbot.org/hardware/motherboard/7kt400a/
The thing is that its not about what CPU-Z is telling us but what the real name of the board is.
In the case of your other request, AMI is not a manufacturer. They usual providing the BIOS. If you could provide the real name I could add this (photo verification).

Thats just a general bios string.
So, I cannot submit the base frequency, right?!

I created a ticket, but no idea if it can be fixed. Recalculating ranks randomly can have negative effects, if there is no way to make an account fix for the submissions you will have to edit them manually
I tried manually to force recalculation, it worked only for non-competion submissons (fiftyish submissions). The next day most of the points were back to zero (global points and hardware points). If this could by of any help fixing the issue. Thanks

It says that the points are disabled to all the submissions i made. But there are too much to check for points to do it manually one by one.

After updating for getting points from submissions, I didn't get back all the points, but just the Team Power Points. I forced recalculation few times, but nothing happened. Thanks
