usually imc to blame,play a little with volts,maybe too much or too little...You also want to make sure the socket is perfect clean and your mounting is good. Coupling board with good imc cpu and b-die can results in good results,DDR4-3600 11-11-11 all air on 1.84V:

Tried the B-die on Maximus VIII Extreme : 2 modules DDR4-3900 12-12-12-1T! with proper 50-51 RTL : 4 module DDR4-3733 12-12-12-1T! ,3866 booted a few times but no stability with 1T yet,need to retest on single stage. The gold rule is to trust the retry button and lock RTL manually as soon as proper training occurs.

Hello,have for sale 2 kits of Trident-Z 3600 16-16-16,following serial numbers,they do 3866 13-13-13 1T tight at about 1.80-1.82,12-12-12 boots and runs light benches but failed 32M,maybe colder air or looser timings will help them.Mint condition,barely tested,no DOA and XMP works flawless. Price is 220E per kit shipper in Europe ,paypal payment buyers takes care of fees.Who gets them both will have them at 420E both shipped.
