Are you sure about that? Just north of the border when going by flight, we are allowed to import value of ~435 Euro, without it being added VAT, after that, you have to start paying.... Getting shit send by post the limit is ~11 Euro.. What Im saying is, if same goes for Germany, you can bring a CPU. - PJP, which price will they be at? Thats odd, I used my 'flight sim' when I was in London february, and I got lots of messages on whatsapp, unfortunately... And I have no clue what the number is on my flight sim. Pretty sure mine is attached to my mail account used on the android phone, otherwise I dont see how I could get those messages.

What HIWA said. Buy a simcard in airport (or 7-11... There are 4000+ of them in Taiwan, basicly every street corner), 1-2GB data should be plenty, and you are logged on with your email on the smartphone anyway, hence your whatsapp will be as if nothing has changed...
