Congrats everyone!
Hey, Pieter.. any change you could update the openingspost with people who won their qualifiers?
-

yea, remember him talking about retirement at least a couple of times.
But then again .. its Petri - no one know's for sure ..
In addition: who would controll Elmor after a long night at the nightclubs!?
Petri is really the only man suited for the job ... only he understands swearing in Finnish and can handle a punch two lol :D

Yea, just got that mail too.
Great news... im really looking forward to this event, and Instanbul.
Hoping for an equally great event like the last couple of times.
Im sure it will. .. hehe let's try repeat last time's result

INSANE GPU clocks guys, great job!
@Massman: It was actually 1425 for final score at MOA.
And I really think you should give the "helpers" some credit. Go Kinc!

Anyone having a newer EFI-Bios than 0414 for the P8P67M-PRO?
It seems the PLL overvoltage fix isnt working properly. Enabled or Disabled doesn't make any difference.. 51x multi is the max either way... .. or its just my CPU being crappy /
also ive experienced weird startups, where it goes from Bios-> boot -> black screen before loading windows -> manually shutdown -> boot -> loading windows perfectly.
EDIT: just noticed there is a 0601 beta EFI ... will try that one for now.

Very, very nice result Gyrock!
really impressive!

How exactly is the first one fixed with license?
well in one way, we don't need subtests to be visable in screenshots if every result comes with a ORB link..
-
my vote is definitly: YES, add it to hwbot.
why: we shouldnt expect anything to be free. Besides, 20 dollar isnt that much compared to other expenses you've got to pay for even getting an interesting score.. People have been paying 06/vantage licenses too ... why not pay those couple of $ for this benchmark...
"- Subtest details not visible offline
- Basic version = no offline score
- Not possible to submit score from non-DX11 system"
..if everyone would get their license, the first 2 issues would not exist
3rd issue is a bit annoying though, FM should fix that....
and while being at it, as for my personal opinion: i rather have Heaven and 3dmark11 as point-awarding benchmarks here at Hwbot, then the outdated Aquamark and 3dmark2001. New hardware should be benched with reasanable new software ... especially with the somewhat poor validation for the really old ones..
-
damn, that GT2 is high.. Done anything special you want to share?
Great benching guys!

haha Cedarmill at socket 1366^^

Personally i voted "NO!".
why: sometimes its hard enough to even get CPU tab and GPU-Z on the screen when really pushing. It would be a real dumper if the score gets banned because some motherboard tab isnt there. In that case it would better to "force" the user to add motherboard info when uploading a score.
-
Nice one Max, congrats!
your GT3 is making up nicely for the bit lower cpu clocks compared to Hazzan
-
-fixed-, thanks for noticing

this actually isn't that supricing at all..
think about it, which company is willing to put money into an old product which they don't gain anything from anymore...its quite simple.
Anyway... removing scores and features of 3dmark 01/03/05 would really be sad for the overclocking community.. Ive no clue where the actuall cost are made at futuremark... but wouldnt it work just to remove the database (which i assume is the most expensive part?) and only have some sort of online validator left? ... like for example making it possible for users to validate, take a screenshot of it, and thats it.
anyway.. another reason for HWbot to also look for other nice benchmarks out there.
if you ask me, HWbot may as well start giving points for Heaven benchmark asap

shocking news that he passed away..
i did know he was sick, and noticed he wasn't online that much anymore, but this....
RIP

Appart from score and person, i think its no big deal to ask for some more validation in a contest where its all about trust, because of the 4Ghz limit.
Besides that, id love to see a score like Sam's actually being done on video. It doesn't even have to include CW etc ... just cpu-z showing 4Ghz and the superpi screen running 32M would clear up things for sure
Edit: ooh bye the way, congrats to Nickshih for winning Stage2.
Not because he came #1, but because of the really amazing score he pulled of. Great benching there Nick

F6A works great for me, 2:10 is finally working!
all left to do is re-install the OS, and try improving at 4Ghz.
