Cool, that is a huge gain you got there!!!! Thanks for your feedback, much appreciated
-
Boost is high there. Curious to see how it all effect your bench system. Let us know.
-
I have tested it, but the loading times did not improve that much with a ramdisk. At least not on my system (X99) -> Did not tested this tweak in combination with a Ramdisk btw, so ..........

Thanks for the update, I now understand the small difference in the score. Your loading time even gain almost 8K (from 60391 to 52273), but the loading time is so bad that it has almost no effect on the total score. Please try it on a normal PC (best with a SSD) and you will find the boost of 200-700 points on your total score.

Thanks for the feedback, I did not tested it on a laptop. The boost is less than I expected. Where the other sub scores beside the loading time approx. the same, because there is always a fluxuation between the runs.

Congrats Daniel, monster score -
Team hardware info.nl has found a tweak for catzilla which can give a boost of around 200-700 point on your total score by lowering the loading time with approx. 5000 ms This tweak is already tested by different users and systems and all setups had a gain between 200-700 point on the total Catzilla score. The tweak: The tweak is very easy, start the PC and let it boot into windows. Then start Catzilla and afterwards start 3dmark 11. Min. 3dmark 11 (don't close it) and run Catzilla. You will find a nice boost in your loading time and thus on your total score. Example : my loading time normal is around 9K, after this tweak it is 4K, see http://hwbot.org/submission/2723617_ Tweak is tested on X99, Z97 and also AMD setup, all had a gain of around 5K loading time. Please try it and give us feedback of your boost.

Indeed, BOOM!! Man, what a CPU you got there. -
Yes, only with normal harddisks and if my OS is dirty and beat up, the performance is worst. There is off-course a small difference between a Corsair 120GB Force GT and a Samsung 840 Pro 256GB, but it is always between 3800-4500. Again, if OS starts to became dirty and corrupted the loading time becomes worse (around 7K)
