Blocked Submission, need clarification

I had a submission that was blocked. The email I recieved stated that it was blocked for 'insufficient verification for rankings' What was missing from the verification? I am looking for clarification so that I can avoid issues in the future. Thanks.

    Ahh, thats pretty much what I figured. It was an old bench. I'll rerun when I get access to the notebook again. Thanks again
