Is the use of non-FutureMark approved nVidia drivers allowed for purposes of the PCMark 04 and PCMark 05 benchmarks?

Yes.

Drivers have to be official drivers from MFC (Nvidia, Ati, etc), but FM-approved is not a criterium on HWBOT.
