I'm trying to sub this http://hwbot.org/submission/2678086_for the Challenger 2014 Div IV Round 1 - 3DMark Fire Strike and I just can't. The overall rules say 980 is allowed but round 1 info doesn't say that. This could be the issue. Thanks in advance.

Ah, the benchmark is Fire Strike Extreme. It seems the communication in the announcement was not correct, but it should be correct on the division page.
