I am on 347.09 and it works fine , processor frequency.

Maybe give more info on MB and CPU type .

Was that update from Asus , I would check there, sometimes just installing Nvidia latest is not best for portables

sounds like the update forced the wrong HighPrecisionTimer to be used.. there are CMD commands which force the HPT to be used.. may fix the issue.
