Hi everyone Im new here..

Why does when Im running XTU and doing benchmark the idle clock of my cpu goes around 2.5GHz but If Im using throttle stop while gaming the clock will mostly around 2.6-2.7+-GHz..

Does XTU limit the CPU usage rather than Throttle Stop ?
