February 19, 201511 yr Hi, some days ago I requested a nickname change and I wanna say thanks to massman. But now, there's a big problem .. I can't enter in HWBot and send scores cuz my new nickname it's not recognized, idem for the password so I tryed to use the "retrieve password" function. Result? Password changed but not recognized and if u see the HWLegend OC Team, my profile seems to join a french team called "Fatal Error" .. practically a jungle .. Is it possible to restore my points, my cups and medal etc etc ( practically the whole profile) ?? Thanks P.S: seems i'm in another account that has my same nickname P.P.S: here the right infos - > i'm Italian, I live in Italy the nickname is DiaboliK and I joined "HW Legend OC Team" Edited February 19, 201511 yr by DialogiK

February 23, 201511 yr The reason is indeed that there's another user with the same nickname. He hasn't logged in for years though, so I changed his nickname and you can keep yours. Everything should work fine now
February 23, 201511 yr Author I felt it was like an effective overwrite, if I must to be sincere XP .. do u suggest me to use again "retrieve password" function anyway?
