i7 3770 non K @ asrock z77 extreme 4

Hi all,

 

Guys,i need help,sry if this is not right forum for it.

 

I wanna know is there a way to OC locked CPU.The far it goes is 4.1 on auto all cores,it goes even on 4.3 on CPU-Z,windows is stable,but on full load some stress test on same settings it doesnt go above 4.1 ghz.

 

I am on air now,but i will go water cooling.I would like to have around 4.4-4.5.

On main page i see that record is 5.2 ghz with LN,so there is a way,its question,how.

hello, i have an i5 3330 non k and its hard to overclock this nonK cpu's , even if i get high freq the processor doesnt run on the oc freq, the processor run on stock or max default oc value..but i have asrock ex3

Try going in the Advanced CPU Settings and disabling EIST/C1E/Thermal protections and settings like that. They make the CPU throttle.
