I bought the cpu pretested for a "friend" at german hwluxx forum from one of germanys most renowned cpu binners, tested for 4,5GHz AVX-Prime 1,216v on Asrock 4. I haven´t seen my money yet, so I offer it for price I paid, maybe I can help someone who needs an i7, I still have three working rigs atm incl. 1,25v 5ghz 3770k and 1,22v 5ghz haswell i5, so I have zero need for an expensive skylake i7.
