Was the best cpu I managed to get hold of based on ambient tests. Cpu is delidded now.

 

Does 4.8ghz R15 1.31v, 5ghz boot 1.38v real voltage and hwbot prime 1.39v, all on good water in 23 ish ambient.

No much chance to mess with this anymore so this must go.

 

Cpu is now delidded and maxes out at 5.4ghz on SS for all core tests like R11.5 and Gpupi with over 1.6v.
