General question: who can participate at extreme challenge - extreme and elite league members only

Clock limit in XTU is 5000, while in other two stages is 5003, is it inconsistent by design?

Also HT is not mentioned, so I take it i5 competes with i7 here and loses.

5000 for xtu at screenshot or less, please, and 5ghz at xtu result shown - and yes, 6600k competes with 6700k or in general, four core, no matter if with ht or not are the deal. You can also use non K chip, but for xtu this makes no sense

All results checked, sadly I had to remove one top bencher due to general rule 1,2 (no ES and unreleased hardware allowed for competition unless there is excepetion/allowance at rules) because a non released mainboard was used
