Ananerbe Posted January 24, 2016 Posted January 24, 2016 (edited) [ ASUS M2N32 SLI Pencil Voltage Mods] The ASUS M2N32 SLI AM2 Motherboard supports up to 1.6v CPU core voltage and 2.5v Memory voltage. For those who crave for more, here are some simple pencil voltage modifications you can do. Take Note that warranty is void when you modify the voltages! For CPU Core Voltage, spot the chip ADP3168 right beside the DIMM sockets: You can either solder a 20K ohms variable resistor to spot marked, with it set at maximum resistance. Lower resistance to increase voltage, as monitored in Hardware monitor of BIOS. Or, you can just pencil the resistor circled carefully to increase voltage. For DIMM Voltage, spot the chip RT9214 right beside the DIMM sockets: Measure voltage from MOSFET leg marked above with your multimeter. You can either solder a 10K ohms variable resistor across the resistor marked, with it set at maximum resistance. Lower resistance to increase voltage. Or, you can just pencil the resistor circled carefully to increase voltage. With 2.7v supplied to my GSkill F2-8000PHU2-2GBHZ Memory I acheived some incredible bandwidth on this board!
