i5 4460 + Asus Impact VI = turbo doesnt work

Hi there, got a little problem.

 

Got Impact VI with latest bios, got i5 4460 - iam not able to run it in turbo mode, in bios its allowed to set only 32 multiplier, or auto --- when i use auto, i was able to see a few times running on 33 or 34 multi, but only with defaul... when i touch anything (ram frequency) it stuck on 32x...

 

 

WTF should i do with it ?

 

 

There is a lot of people running on 34 + impact in XTU, so it has to work.
