Please tell me which AMD VGA is allowed

Hey Guys,

 

I am a bit confused...which of the following cards can I use to submit for the AMD graphics stage:

 

Genuine AMD ATI HD5850

Sapphire HD6850

Asus HD5870 (I think this one is not allowed)

Allright, I seem to remember it said AMD (AMD) Video cards based on xx, xx and xx series. Now it says AMD in general...I will use my 5870

It seems only AMD Branded is allowed...now I do have a 5850, but it doesn't say HD5000 series either. Am I hosed???

HD5000 was the last sold as ATi, so I guess you'll have to use anything else newer than that.

As long as it propose you to participate in the comp when you submit, there's no reason to think it's disallowed ^^

 

ATI cards are considered as AMD most of the time.

I am just wondering...is it because my cards are mainly 5000 series? I DO have a 6850, then the Sapphire 6850 should work! Can't beat my 5870...but hey it's something. I'l l give that a try
