NCP81022 datasheet

It's used by AMD on the HD 7790 R7 260X as well as the 380 and 380X cards. There might be some other cards that also use it but I don't know them.

Well, PowerColor Red Dragon RX 460 2GB using this controller too

RX 460 Nitro also runs it. I think all the 460s might use it since the only low budget controller that will work with the 460s since the only other compatible controllers are the 3564(used on Nano) and 3567(Hawii, Fiji, Polaris 10).
