Do you mean: 1) You connect the pen drive, but do not get the "bee-boop" sound. 2) You connect the pen drive, but it does not show up under "My Computer". 3) You connect the pen drive and it does not show up under "Device Manager". 4) You connect the pen drive and it does not show up in "Disk Management".
