Upload Error - Intel ETU to HWBOT Submission

Recommended Posts

Hello All,

I am trying to "Compare Online" for my Benchmark score on Intel ETU but keep getting the following pop-up error message.

"Upload Error

An error occurred while trying to upload the profile."

All my BIOS and Driver settings are up to date (new PC build), Intel ETU is up to date and I have created a profile on HWBOT.

Even when I create addtional profiles on Intel ETU, and try to upload those benchmarks, I get the same error.

It's also showing a couple of strange numbers in the "Default" area in the information panel on the right hand side (will attach photo).

My computer specs are as follows:

Intel Core i7 6800K @ 3.40GHz

CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H100i V2

Motherboard: MSI X99A SLI Krait Edition

Graphics: XFX Radeon RX 480 GTR Black 8GB

Memory: Corsair Vengeance LED 32GB DDR4 2666MHz

SSD: Samsung 750 EVO 250GB SSD

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB ST2000DM006

PSU: XFX TS Series Gold 750W

HWinfo reads all of my system specifications correctly, it just appears that Intel ETU isn't 100% picking things up (attached in another photo).

New to overclocking and would like to absorb as much info as possible and do it correctly.

Please Help?

Thank you :)

Hi Kent,

I would try to remove XTU and re install it, if you did not use the latest version yet, it would help most likely to use it. When you say drivers are up to date, does this include Intel Management engine and chipset drivers?

P.S. I see you made a submission, so I hope the problem is solved. :)
