ACPI driver install issue

Trying to install Catalyst driver 13.9 on Apex for 3870 X2, OS is W7 x64 SP1.

 

Updated BIOS to newest for the board, installed all Windows updates, changed PCIEx speed to 2.0 and still as soon as the driver starts to initialize, BSOD with ACPI error.

 

Anyone have any ideas on this? Been driving me insane for a couple weeks now :mad: Happens with some Nvidia cards as well but don't have problems installing older cards :confused:
