Can't send PM

I have encountered a problem, where I can't send a PM to another user (just to this specific user(bolc), everyone else works fine).

When I click on the name, there simply is no option to send a PM:

Hope someone knows, what's wrong there :)

 

Edit: Nevermind problem somehow fixed itself...

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
