AlphaC Posted March 9, 2018 Posted March 9, 2018 You should have a better score than me, I have a fully loaded Windows install with antivirus running. Quote
yosarianilives Posted March 9, 2018 Posted March 9, 2018 You can't be sure of this unless you have the exact same ram settings. whycruncher hits mem very hard, especially in 1b which uses around 4 gb. Quote
AlphaC Posted March 9, 2018 Author Posted March 9, 2018 (edited) He has just shy of 4GHz CPU clock, 3466MHz memory and tighter times than me per the result. The only thing I think of note is his memory may not be truly stable. Before running any benchmarks I ran my system through Prime95 with AVX, AIDA64 , memtest86, etc. I'm running Hynix 3200 MHz rated CL16. Edited March 10, 2018 by AlphaC Quote
yosarianilives Posted March 10, 2018 Posted March 10, 2018 It could even be something down to maxmem. It's common to run 4 gb maxmem on bdie. Quote
