May 6, 20196 yr Crew Achievements results have been updated once a day (unlike points) so maybe you just have to wait for a while. If problem still occurs after a day, let me know, I'll let the crew know.

May 8, 20196 yr I see you've got 0.5 hw points on 939. In scale of 100 it's 0.5%, maybe it counts as 0 after rounding.
