i was told i need also a screenshot. I cannot edit it/ delete it. links doesn't appear in top right. Is somehow locked?

It is not on a competition and i do not have a screenie, the cpu-z was in oc mode and there's no memory info iirc.

My plan was to edit it with a little smaller freq, 342, for that i have a screenshot, but again only with cpu and mobo tabs. never thought opening the memory seems irrelevant for bus clock.

 

I don't want to confuse you, i got another email earlier about a competition entry (deneb wprime) missing the backround.

I don't want to eat your time, its pointless. Please delete both submissions and we're fine. I will submit again, no problem.

and be patient with some scatty old guys like me ... we're hopeless

edit: reference freq rules, tho say "no screenshot required" ... why is that with my submission?

Your Ref Freq was subbed for Country Cup. In competitions we have an additional  verification screenshot rule, requiring CPUZ  CPU, mem and mobo tab.

is a 980 BE. There is not ref freq for AMD cpu's in CC19. Its just a submission, no competition involved. This result is normal, all rules are met imho.

 

The other submission : https://hwbot.org/submission/4287545_ ,indeed for CC on wPrime, is the one you should delete.

Nothing needs to be deleted, both scores are valid as normal HWBot subs,  however the wprime is just not a valid entry for CC2019 as it is missing the competition background
