Looking for a stick of bh5/winbond that can do at least 290 2-2-2 at 4V and at least 275 at 3.8V

I have some bh5 mems Geil One. Also, I think I have some OCZ Gold kit which can do massive voltage also. What about TCCD chips? Do these have any interest to you? I have some Patriot TCCD chips

Unfortunately I am only looking for sticks that are known to do 2-2-2 290 or higher. 

That I can't grant you I have 4 Simms, but 2 went dead by the time I was participating on a contest 6 or 7 years ago. And specifically those 2 were able to do 305 2-2-2-5. The other 2 I don't remember, sorry. About the Patriots, these could do 325 2.5-4-4-8 with 2.75v.
